A great visit to Specsavers, friendly staff and the optician himself was really thorough and discussed everything in an easy to understand way. He was very respectful and didn’t rush the appointment. I was offered help with finding new glasses and the whole visit was a positive experience. Thank you!
I would only recommend this brand if you don’t have a disability and happy with poor practice even down to complaining to the brand AND Doug Perkins, John Perkins because they just DON’T CARE. and they even in some cases keep customers frames and payments while the customer is suffering with bad eyes for months while ignoring the poor practice.
the only thing that my experience that felt great was the thoughtful operator, but honestly i think the quality of the glass frames being produced now is terrible and if this latest refurb of my new pair of glasses isn't acceptable i will be going else ware for my glasses from now on
From the minute you walk through the door of SpecSavers, you are met with a smile and courtesy. That device continues throughout your consultation which I have always found superb. I only have one gripe …. whose bright idea was it to remove the wheels off the chairs when you are trying to get closer to the equipment to have your eyes tested? Try moving a chair a few inches while you’re sitting in it!
