Specsavers optometrist completely got my eye test prescription wrong resulting in 4 weeks of eye strain and poor vision having to wear 2 pairs of incorrectly lensed glasses resulting in need for retest and 3 additional visits. Not happy. Eye test equipment lenses filthy had to ask for them to be cleaned
I always feel like a valued customer , when visiting Specsavers Banstead . On this visit , I purchased a new pair of specs and had my present specs cleaned and straightened . Nadia was very helpful and polite . On my previous visit , to have my sight test , I received excellent service from Charlie , Irene and the optician ( female, recently transferred from Wimbledon branch , but don’t have her name ) Highly recommend this branch of Specsavers .
I recieved several emails from specsavers about an appointment I had not made - having not been in contact with them for years. I phoned to inform them they were using the wrong persons email for an order after I had recived an order confirmation for 2 sets of glasses. Having phoned the store several days ago to let them know of the error I have now recieved this email to review my visit...therefore 1 Star, GDPR breach
