Bought items, they wouldn’t return it even with my receipt. Never going back. This is the Metrotown Specsavers and their nasty manager!If there is a no return policy on some items, it needs to be written somewhere or stated.The staff was amazing, sweet, helpful- thank you.
Specsavers are individually franchised, I didn't know that. Fraserburgh Specsavers are great. The young lady ophalmogist ( young compared to me!) has a concern about my eyes so acted on it straight away by referring me on for deep check. Im so grateful. So older people get eye checks, it might save your sight.
