Review Time
I arrival a few minutes early but a nice gentleman saw me immediately. I had a Quick Look at the glasses he said first. I tried on some glasses and decided the ones wanted. I was then taken upstairs when a lady asked me if I’d like a special check they were offering for £5 she explained it and I said yes. After that another lady took me into another room and did all the eye checks on me. She explained everything she was checking as she did it. When it was all done she said although I had not been tested for two years nothing had changed. I said I would still like a new pair of glasses. I chose the ones I liked buy one get one free. Two pairs for £90 I was very happy
Had routine eye check at Paisley Moss Street store.Kept informed by various forms of message about upcoming appointment which is really helpful.Once there outstanding service from Hazel...so informative without going into overload.On purchsing new specs and sunglasses I was given expert advice with the choice of course down to myself.
Great couple of visits, the whole team were great and very helpful. Hannah was really good at explaining everything during the eye test, Stella helped me pick glasses that were different from my usual and gave honest opinions. Tommy was very friendly and welcoming when we first arrived. Kerri was lovely when i picked up my glasses and ensure they fitted correctly.
I recently visited because I was looking to clean my ears and improve my vision. They were kind and gentle all the time, they took the time to help me and the patience to do everything in their power to help me. I love this company, and it always does the best for me. Thank you.
