Review Time
I attended my appointment (which took some time but overall was fine) and was told that that my previous pair of glasses I had purchased from this store were not fit for purpose and to no longer use them (paid £150 for them) and I needed a new pair. I suspected as much with the old pair as they hurt my eyes and didn't improve my vision at all. When I went back a few weeks after I purchased them was told my eyes just needed to get used to them and to continue driving in them even though I could barely see. I purchased another pair yesterday which seem much better and Adil was lovely. However, I was originally ripped off by this store so I would say if something doesn't feel right and they lay the sell on go with our gut and get a second opinion elsewhere.
All staff were extremely helpful and happy to advise. The stand- out member of staff was Kieran who supported me in selecting the best glasses for my face and then breaking down the coatings. He was really helpful and happy to advise using his vast knowledge about glasses and their pricing system.
