I had a really positive experience at Specsavers. The staff were friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly during my eye test. The service was efficient, and I felt well looked after throughout. A great balance of expertise and customer care. I would definitely recommend Specsavers to anyone looking for reliable eye care and glasses.
First time with Specsavers and I am impressed with the service received. I was a little late with my appointment but they fitted me in a little time later. I received a telephone call today to let me know that my new glasses were ready on the time/date as promised.I pick my new glases up tomorrow as arrangedThank you MJH
Took a couple of visits to choose some frames and I decided on the very first pair I tried on. I couldn’t find them in the store but a recently new member of staff (I was told) took the time, and was very patient and eventually found them for me in the store. They were not actually out on display. A big thank you to Jay in the Wickford, Essex branch. I have now ordered them and waiting for my new glasses!
Very comprehensive eyetest with plenty of advice and explanation of any findings. Wide range of frames and lens options. I have been using specsavers for many years and always found them to be very accommodating. Aftershaves service is excellent.
