Really fantastic optician and other staff. Really professional and the optician I had helped me with further questions regarding my partners eye condition. She went above and beyond and researched who was good to see for his very specific eye problem. The other staff were so helpful too when picking out glasses which I’m useless with. We finally settled on a pair I really liked and fit me nicely.

My new glasses was not right

My new glasses was not right, I had to have a retest.I was made feel like it was my fault. Being warned I could not change them. I didn't want to change them I wanted the problem rectified.
