The member of staff who served me was absolutely fantastic and needs a mention.Incidentally, the person leaving the voice over does not reflect the excellent service I always get at Specsavers Chiswick. The tone is dull and uninterested and is quite off-putting, we need a much more upbeat tone and message- hope this helps.
Would have given 5 stars but myself and my daughter were in the shop for more than 10 minutes choosing glasses before anyone approached us, my daughter had to attract their attention first. Staff where available. Once we had assistance it was a very good experience and staff member was very helpful x
