Glasses were okay till a week before the warranty ended then the main frame separated from lenses holder,Asked about a repair in store 2 weeks later while in town and was told nothing to do, would you like to purchase a new frame,Think I'll go to vision express from now on,
Specsavers Fleet Visit 1 Eye Test. At which I asked if they can duplicate the prescription on an existing pair of Porsche frameless frames. I was advised yes, I said I would return the day after with the frames and that was agreed. I also was asked to pay for a new prescription on frames I had with me. Which I did.Visit 2 At the reception desk I was advised I could NOT duplicate the prescription on frames they had not supplied.Visit 3 Invited to have the new lenses fitted in to the original frames. One hour later, the lenses were completely incorrect. I am long sighted and needed a very mild adjustment to enhance near sight for reading. So, I have visited three times, in a working week. Still no glasses, two car parking fees and complete waste of time. Do I need to say more. Useless.
Everyone with whom I came in contact was very kind to an old woman and also efficient.I am satisfied with my new spectacles.[I did not give full marks because at a previous appointment I was not told when to stop putting antiseptic drops in my eyes.]
