f I could give zero stars I would. Please save yourself the bother and avoid this bunch of unprofessional and useless thieves. They have been attempting (successfully) to direct debit me each month for internet, all the while cancelling my account due to ‘unpaid fees’. I have not had internet since January on the first of my premises that I pay for internet and not since March/April for the second premises. Every time I have called them I have spoken to someone overseas that doesn’t understand me and I get handed from department to department. I have been billed ongoingly without receiving any internet. Avoid at all costs.
- Bad Technical Service.- Overcharging. I never got speeds of 50, despite paying for that for years.- Customer service is responsive and assistive, but a lot of misguidance. The Customer Service staff has admitted to "forgetfulness" as to cover their unproductive job tasks of escalating complaints.- Unethical and inappropriate technician call out fees.- Avoid at all cost.-Very Disappointing and Harrasing experience dealing with them.
The Internet connection was fine. Although when trying to switch providers to get a better deal they'll screw you over. Requested cancellation of my service on the 30th of the month. Due to the time it took to process this over a weekend the service was not actually canceled until the 30th of the following month. Was then immediately charged for the full month despite already switching providers.Tried to call customer service to clarify that I had requested for the service to be canceled the month prior but was simply told this was my own fault and that I would need to cop paying double for one month of internet.Would not recommend.
Please trust me when I say, do not waste your time and your money on Spintell. They promise to provide you with internet, but you do not get anywhere to the speeds they tell you. We have had NOTHING but problems with them the entire time we have been with them. We continue to tell them there is something wrong with our connection and they do nothing about it, and now we are without internet completely, and we have to wait a whole week for someone to come out and have a look at it. They expect us to pay our bill when it doesn't work, and then expected us to pay for a temporary internet box, why would we pay them more money when the original one doesn't even provide us with internet. I wouldn't even give this business 1 star if I had that option.
I pay Spintel for 50Mbps and what I get is very variable. I have completed many speed tests with my device right next to my Spintel router and had speeds as low a 5Mbps. Had several attempts at getting them to fix this, but apparently they can’t. Sometimes it’s acceptable, most times it’s not.

This would have to be the worst experience ever with an internet service provider.The 5G system worked occasionnally, sometimes it would stop totally and there would be no service at all for 5 or 6 hours.After 1/2 dozen phone calls and god knows how many hours on the phone (a barely audible, broken up communication via the Philipines), it was decided that the sim card was faulty. I had already paid for the first one and Spintel demanded that I pay for the second one. Fed up with this "money hungry, no service company" I cancelled... but that wasn't the end of it !!! I still had to pay $20 to return the modem.Please do not even start with Spintel, they would have to be the worst on the market. TELL ALL YOUR FRIENDS
The worst experience..We had no luck with a defective chip!! Nightmare to get them on the phone, Hours of patience / hours without Wi-Fi . We had to pay for extra data to be able to get wifi at home.In the mean time they send you bills for a service that you don't get!!! .Then, when After days of tries , They decided to send me a new chip They wanted ME to pay for the postage ($20 !!) A joke..So Today fed up with the pathetic customer service I have decided to cancel everything and Send back the modem !! But Of course no QR code with a free label Just an email with an authorisation of return...So I tried Again to get someone on the phone and get a free label..And Again Pathetic & Exhausting service ..So Fed up, I paid again $20 For the return postage My health before .They Makes me become insane and tired ..And I promise, I am a really kind person.So Forget intel.End of the story
