This service does not take care of loyal customers. Their advertised bundle prices are misleading. I attempted to bundle my mobile with my existing plan, but they wanted to charge me full price. This isn't the first time I've asked for a deal, and their customer service has been terrible.
I would give it zero stars if I could. Their ability to send someone to repair my landline is nonexistent. After three weeks and numerous emails, my phone line is still not working. I have lodged a complaint with the relevant authorities, hoping to prompt some action. I would strongly advise against using this service.
I believe this service is a scam. I've faced numerous unexplained extra charges, and when I tried to upgrade my speed, they charged me more but failed to deliver. After switching providers, my speed improved immediately, confirming the issue wasn't with my equipment. I recommend not trusting the positive reviews.
I signed up for a specific plan with a lifetime discount, expecting my speed to be upgraded automatically. However, I found out my speed was not upgraded as expected, and when I contacted support for clarification, the representative was rude and unhelpful. They kept changing their story and offering solutions that seemed disingenuous. I feel like this service is not honest with its customers, and the way they handle issues is unacceptable.
When signed for the service after the first payment they store the card details and by default charge you as direct debit , no option to pay on your own, even after switching service to other provider, still been charged for a month without using there service, totally things out of your hands when you signed with them. Luckily I just noticed that I am being charged for the spin tell for the net package which already been switched to another provider. After calling them still got charged and different time when you leave them.I wonder how many people might be being charged without they know, since they put you on direct debit just simply changing providers won’t stop the payment.
