Avoid at all costs. I ordered some trainers as it told me next day delivery. I chose store pick up but after the order was completed stated 3-7 days for delivery. I tried to cancel but the customer services doesn't exist. Chat Bot connected to Malaysia that advised to contact customer services but there is no way to contact them. No sign of a telephone number anywhere. Shocking way to treat customers. I will never buy from them again.Thank you for the reply, nothing to do with my complaint, which was about your poor customer service and inability to get past the chatbot.
I had a terrible experience with Sports Direct's customer service. Staff were unhelpful and dismissive, and getting any real assistance felt like a chore for them. It seemed like they had no interest in resolving my issue or even listening properly. Extremely disappointed and won’t be shopping here again.
I have ordered discounted tennis shoes. Despite correct size on the website in order overview, I have received a confirmation email with a wrong size. I have immediately contacted the store, but they replied on the day when the shoes were delivered - of course with a wrong size. It took almost 8 emails so they accepted it was their mistake. Offered solution is that I can print a label and bring it to a collection point on my own costs and I will get a refund! They refused to send me the correct size, they refused to give me a discount and they refused to collect the wrong shoes from my place or compensate me for the costs to ship it back. They have suspiciously cheap stuff, so they business model is earning money on shipping costs, you pay shipping costs to get it delivered and to return it back!
Spent £120 on an order and no order received.The customer service department just doesn’t help and seems to drag its feet.They have my money and I don’t have my order.Be very careful when buying items from this supplier online.
I visited your Chatham High street store in Kent on Sunday 4th May, the store was well stocked looks the same as it always does. It may be under new management as it appeared there was a different team in there, the tall chap in the sales floor was busy getting trainers and shoes for customers was helpful and pleasant. I went to the till to pay for a pair of shoes for my son and the young lady who served me short black hair and glasses didn't great me with a smile or hello in fact no eye contact, didn't offer a bag scanned the shoes said the price no please! Finished the sale and muttered just about a thank you, no good bye. How rude! I am a customer, I am also a retail manager for a well known store/company and can honestly say I wouldn't employ this lady at all! Misserable attitude.Manners cost nothing, if you work in retail customer service is key! Would think twice before returning to this branch now
Ellie the manager on Saturday at Bridge street store Evesham needs to attend a customer service course. She’s rude and abrupt and clearly didn’t want to be informative and helpful or even at work. She also didn’t care that the labels on the clothes were not correct and said it happens in stores and she was working on changing them. Basically tough luck pay the extra was her attitude.
