Absolute joke. You can't cancel an online order delivered to store once it arrives. You have to go to store and collect it and then return it. Just because people have to be awkward. How is that even a thing that you can't just cancel it 😂 that's just pure spite
Dishonest warehouse staff member is weighing out the hits in the tcg one piece card came EB02Purchased 10 packs and for £55 i didnt get a single hit I urge sports direct to check their cctv and at who works there and purchases this set as they are abusing the system........ but they won't Moral of the story DO NOT BUY packs because someone weighs out the good cards leaving you with nothing Disgusting ethics
Order was lost. Then replacement order contained wrong itemNobody will confirm that correct item will be sent. No telephone no to contact Chat bot is pointless When emails are answered they so far have never been answered properly. You can’t follow up on an email. The whole process is depressing and a waste of time
Order item from sports direct paid for next day delivery with dpd they did not deliver they left at pick up point I collected item and sports direct had sent me wrong item on there website it's says black grips on the add what received was blue grips even though it says black on the box blue grips was inside i have even sent picture proof of this to sports direct and they keep telling me I am wrong
Great shop . Very helpful . Seems to cater , for most , if not all sizes . As , I struggle with comfort , sizes & fashion Of the present times . Overall experience of; shopping at the company: online and instore. Is very good . It would be a recommendation choice;For Me to, Anyone.
I ordered a gift was left outside in the open the driver didn't do the door bell left in unattended unauthorised place. I have report to sports direct customer service and Evri very disappointed they need to change delivery company now I'm having trouble getting a refund as nothing has been done will charge back from my bank do the same don't bother ordering anything from them. Worst customer service experience ever !! Been dealing with this excuse for a company for 3 weeks now - trying to get a refund for an item we returned .. no luck.. basically a complete scam of a company - the latest excuse they come up with is that they need to speak to their brand partner ( more like Johnny in the croner who hasn't been trained to process returns ) to see where our item is - even though we bought it from sports direct and returned to sports direct .in the meantime - no communication ,no time lines and basically just radio silence.. we will never ever buy anything again from this disgraceful company and do sincerely hope they go bankrupt sooner rather than later ..this is my 2 nd review of continuous saga - first one received the response that literary was the least helpful ever directing me to customer service ! The reason I wrote the review was because I already have been dealing with worst customer service .. so that was a cherry on top.. whoever is the director or manager of this shambolic organisation - do us a favour and please fire ourself because you are useless at your job !

Upon further investigation, I realised that the website I had visited was not affiliated with SportsDirect at all, despite appearing identical in branding and presentation.I am now concerned that I have fallen victim to an online scam, and that there are individuals or organisations fraudulently using the SportsDirect name and image to deceive customers and take their money.I would be grateful if your team could investigate this matter and take any steps necessary to report the fraudulent use of your brand to Instagram and other relevant authorities. If needed, I can provide screenshots, URLs, and transaction details to support your investigation.Additionally, I believe SportsDirect has a strong interest in protecting customers and the integrity of its brand from these types of scams. Any public warnings or updates you can share would help prevent others from falling victim.
