Review Time
I received a few moments ago a parcel from Sports Direct. When opening goods, I noticed one of the bikini briefs I ordered in size XS arrived label as XS but attached to an XXL bikini bottom. I contacted the customer service and spoken to Zintle. He pretty much dismissed me and closed the chat and sent me the email transcript without any resolution. Disgraceful.

Utterly shocking return experience! After a few months, the soles of the trainers came unstuck at the front. Returned them with photographs and description of the faults and I got a reply saying ' nothing wrong with those, can't refund'. When I threatened legal action via MCOL, they change their tune and said 'after review, they are faulty and we will refund cost + postage. Stick to your guns if you think your item is FAULTY !!!!
I placed an order online . I received my 4 items. Unfortunately 1 item was too big so I took into my local branch to exchange and they told me had to be done online as I had ordered it online. Ok BUT when I tried to exchange it online for a smaller size they were NOT helpful in any way!!! I was told I would need to pay £4.99 to return the item and then pay another £4.99 to order the smaller size. WOW crazy so extra £10 to pay !! I had an online chat lol of course not over the phone ! NOT helpful at all!Although I did not re order smaller size under the circumstances still had to pay £4.99 to return it. No good customer care these days.
