Awful company. The sole came off my son's shoes after a couple of weeks and they wouldn't refund them or replace them. I also got myself a pair online and went to return them or get a bigger size at the shop and they wouldn't refund them when they're brand new and told me I had to send them back online and waste £5 postage when I was stood in the shop. Awful company, customer service is bad. I will not order or buy from them again.
Massive, well-organized stores in Shirebrook – really impressive setup, I'd easily give 5 stars for the facilities and layout. But here’s the twist: there are no toilets for customers. Yes, in a complex the size of a small airport. Staff politely suggest walking to the nearby Lidl if nature calls. That’s right – your best option is a grocery store one-tenth the size. It's a bit of a joke, but not the funny kind.Three stars: two for the experience, minus one for the missing bathrooms.
I placed an order nearly a month ago. The item was marked as dispatched but never arrived. Since then, I’ve contacted customer service several times. All I get are the same vague responses saying “we're still waiting for an update from the relevant department.”It’s well past their stated delivery timeframe (3–21 working days), and there’s been no refund or resolution. They just keep asking me to wait — with no explanation and no deadline.This isn’t just slow service — it’s no service. Extremely disappointing.
Sports direct sent me 20 per cent discount using code ‘OUTLET20’ so I bagged nearly £100 of clothing and trainers into my basket(using their sports direct apps)but when I entered the voucher code the system refused it !!So for last to weeks been ringing their customer complain number and not been to get through !!Then tried ringing their local branches permanently engaged !!They are a joke !Just to update they emailed and requested details re my complaint and I have given them complaint details but still waiting !!
After receiving my email from sports direct for my review which did NOT meet their requirements as it was delivery focused! How does ordering a white trainer and receiving a BLACK trainer become delivery focused……stay away from this company. Absolutely shocking customer service, nothing but scammers.
I do like this shop and often visit, perks are the great discounts on brand names. I ordered online a few months back and the parcel went to the wrong address. This appeared to be as the address label was printed in such a tiny font the house number could not be read. If I didn’t have trustworthy neighbours I might not have received my order.Tried to feedback to Sports Direct but twice the feedback /review was rejected. It makes my cynical when companies will only publish positive reviews as provides bias feedback.
Yeezy 500 High 4 Just 70 €. That ist a great price and I ordered them, living in Germany. The parcel arived within 5 days or so and as already mentioned: The boots are gr8 and really I could Not find them new cheaper anywhere. Hey Sports Direct: It had been my pleasure and c u nxt time :-)
