Sports direct is amazing, the material is always perfect and the staff are very nice, prices aren't too low but they are affordable, however most sports directs i've been to are very confusing and need more labels other then that its 5 stars!
Awful company. Sent a broken Keter shed, give 14 days to return but have no customer service to speak to and the online chats are scripted with no understanding or able to support. All in India and takes hours or days to get a reply. After three apparent attempts of sending Evri, who never turned up, I have still got a broken shed seven days later and told no money will be returned until they receive it. Well come and get it!!!! They obviously want to keep the money and are not interested in refunding me. Disgusting service. Do not reply to say to contact customer service, I’ve done this over 20 times across email and Facebook messenger and got no where! I want my £217 back.
I am really disappointed with the Sports Direct Customer service team. They are the slowest in the whole world and there is no chance of speaking with anyone regarding the issue. I had to wait for 1-2 Business days for a response for email even though I replied back to their emails in less than 5mins.They were really not getting to know my issue at all.And very important note we really cannot use multiple payments options to make payments like If my cart value is £110 and I decide to use £100 in Voucher and remaining £10 in card, website doesn’t allow you to make payments.Sports direct is forcing customers to add items to cart is such a way that total value should be less than Voucher value and then we cannot use the remaining small amount of change in the voucher and they make money.I am speaking on behalf of all of my friends who faced this issue and your online support team had failed to resolve it and the worst company to deal with.
I spent £80 on a pair of trainers for my daughter’s birthday and they charged me £4.99 delivery !! I find this completely outrageous on a purchase of £80. If they hadn’t been for a present I would have gone elsewhere. They have just arrived and the box is completely beaten up. £5 delivery for that !!!!! They have come ridiculously small so I have to return them , they expect me to pay another 4.99 for returning! This company gets worse and worse. They get you to pay by card for the return postage 4.99 before you can send it back. I have just spoken with Papinder on customer service regards the return fee, she says unless the trainers are damaged they expect the customer to pay the 4.99 to return. They don’t care that the box is torn and beaten up ( pictures were sent) they do not care that their trainers run small ! I suggest no one ever buys their own size unless happy to pay 4.99 delivery and 4.99 to send them back as all they care about is that they don’t lose any money and we do !! Disgusting !!!
