Absolutely terrible service ,Paid for delivery and still not received my goods . I have received four delivery notices and nothing arrived from Evri then received a photo showing the delivery persons feet on the couch showing my parcel is delayed . Still haven’t received my parcel and no response from Evri as to where my parcel is or any interest from sports direct customer service . Requested a callback but nothing , email sent to managing director James Collins with no response showing no care for the customer , I would not recommend or use this company again .
placed a next-day delivery order through Sports Direct for my children's school needs, expecting it to arrive on February 22, 2025. However, I was shocked to see that the delivery has now been pushed to Monday, with no prior communication from the company.This lack of transparency and reliability is extremely disappointing, especially since I paid for next-day service. Had I known about the delay earlier, I could have made alternative arrangements.I expect Sports Direct and Evri to take responsibility for this delay and improve their customer communication. I also request a refund for the delivery fee and a resolution to ensure my package arrives as soon as possible.I will reconsider shopping with Sports Direct if such issues persist.

I was also not disappointed and everything went to my fullest satisfaction. I was informed about every step, the support was always there for me and the order came earlier than expected.
