I ordered a child's kitchen on 17th February i have had no communication from sports direct or Evie who are supposed to be delivering the item,I was charged over £9 for delivery 6 days on still nothing.The service is poor from both companies and will be expecting a full refund in cash not credit
Placed an order of 10 items online but only 4 of them have turned up. Is almost impossible to speak to someone about it. No telephone number to call and the emails just seem to be a copy and paste generic email they send. Have been into two stores and they are also not helpful in the slightest. I am basically being told that I am lying and that all the items were picked and loaded and they aren’t going to do anything about my 6 missing items. Worst customer service I have ever come across
This companies returns policy is a shambles! Placed my order twice online so I kept both and then took one order in to exchange in store. But no… I have to send it back online even though it’s the same company. To top it off another £5 to send the items back!! Clearly this is how they are making their money! Must be making a killing after Christmas. Stupid
My son was given football boots for Christmas which were slightly tight, I went to the store and asked to swap for exactly the same boots just a size bigger but was told I couldn’t without proof of purchase! I then contacted the person who brought the boots and they sent me over proof of purchase, I then returned to the store to now be told as it was a online purchase I couldn’t change the boots in store. We needed the boots for the next day so I ended up buying the bigger pair and coming home with the original pair as well. I’ve since emailed and asked if I send the boots back can I please get a credit note to spend in store, the answer is no they will only refund the original buyer!!! I can not believe how difficult they are being and I certainly would never buy a present for anyone from this store!
I have experienced a family bereavement over the Christmas period, missed the returns period by 2 days and they wouldn’t extend. Awful compassion. We are retailers ourself and would never ever treat anyone this way, classic case of computer says no, no customer service at all. I would now think twice at shopping at sports direct and would always choose alternatives, even if they cost more!
One of the worst companies I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with.Sports Direct has extremely poor customer service. My husband is a size 9 and has always purchased size 9 trainers without any issue. Recently, we bought a pair of size 9 trainers from Sports Direct, but they were not true to size at all and were far too tight.I returned the item, only to be charged both the original delivery cost and the return postage for an item that simply didn’t fit as advertised. This is very unfair and disappointing. I am not happy with this experience and would think twice before ordering from them again.
