Paid £100 for trainers. Recieved nothing.

Paid £100 for trainers. Which were apparently left in my front door step. On a main road. For 4 hours until I returned home. Guess what they were not there. I have emailed this company 20 times. I have gotten two replies. Both asking to ask my neighbours. So I am £105 out of pocket and this company for 3 weeks has ignored me. Absolutely disgusting service.

Unclear return fee

It was unclear in the order process, that I would have to cover the costs of a return. Especially with products like shoes it is important to me to try them on to find the correct size.
