I ordered something from Sports Direct paid for next day delivery came two days later I've now return the item because it was too small and I've got to wait 14 days to get my refund back but it didn't take them 14 days to take my money, absolutely shocking service
no invoice to find, no information to return items, not possible to login because a password is needed that never been asked to determine at the ordering process. This works only for people that know their sizes and are willing to risk that there will be no reason to return and for those who do not need an invoice. The emails came all from an "donotreply" address and it seems impossible to do anything else than ordering stuff.
I paid for expedited delivery (within 3 working days), but three days have come and gone, and my order still hasn’t arrived. Very disappointing experience. It feels like a misleading way to charge extra for a service that isn’t fulfilled. I expected better transparency and reliability from a brand of this size. However, they have shifted the responsibility to DHL. The issue lies entirely within their fulfilment process, as the order was placed on the 6th of October but not handed over to DHL until the 8th of October. This delay originated in their warehouse, not with the courier.I sincerely hope that the extra amount charged for expedited shipping is reinvested into training and development to improve Sports Direct’s operational processes.
Sports direct is good if you didnt face any problem with your order that requires a return and refund , I brought an item and I shipped it from Germany to Denmark , I decided to return it back as the size was not convenient to me , as per their policy toy pay 4.99 eur for the return and they send you a DHL label , I paid the amount but I received no label , talking with their customer service , they said that the item has to be shipped to UK not Germany and I have to ship it myself , the thing that will cost me almost the item's value ....this is not the first time , it happed before with a faulty item ....beaware from this place !

Poor Customer Service and Unresolved CancellationI placed an order and submitted my cancellation request within 24 hours, before any shipping confirmation or notification of dispatch was received.Under EU consumer law (§355 BGB), this falls within the legal right of withdrawal — regardless of whether the item has been shipped.Despite this, SportsDirect refused to cancel the order.To make matters worse, the delivery address used was incorrect, even though I had already updated my new address in my customer account prior to placing the order. Because of this error, the parcel will not reach me.The company showed no flexibility or understanding, and my request for cancellation was ignored.I am very disappointed with the lack of customer care and legal compliance.I will not order from SportsDirect again and can only advise others to be cautious before making a purchase.
I would just like to highlight the outstanding customer service that I experienced today by one of your team members, Londeka. Sadly I received my parcel yesterday by the terrible courier company Evri. It was very clear that my parcel had been ripped open by someones hands and an item removed before it reached me. The slip inside stated my three items order with only two left inside. Which I am disgusted and very disappointed by. However, i believe through no fault of Sports Direct they have very kindly arranged to send me a replacement of the missing item. I am very appreciative and grateful for this, a big thank you from me. You need a new courier company.
