This the worst retail business I ever seen.I bought a socks and I didn't leave the store I want to exchange it they said no I can't exchange it. Unless I have to I will never shop there again.Also you can't return something bought online in store, you have to pay £5 to return item.
The products are of very poor and questionable quality. If you send a return, you will not get your money back – they will say the package never arrived or that items were missing from it. I lost my money. It’s best to buy from anywhere else. Customer service is terrible.
I have not had a refund for an item so went on your chat bot. None of the first 2 advisers could be bothered to escalate my issue but thec3rd one Beverley went above and beyond. She listened to what I was saying she asked someone else for assistance as she wasn't sure next steps and she escalated it for me now that is customer service of which she needs to be recognised for.I have been in customer service for 40 years and have never experienced such bad service from 2 out of 3 people like they just submit repopulated replies and can't be bothered. Beverly was not like that she was patient she listened she asked for advice and she escalated the problem that is how all the staff using the chatbot system should do I think she needs recognising and she needs to give training to all staff on customer experience as she has it down to a tee and I would be happy having her on my payroll as good customer service is hard to come by.
Purchased an item online which was listed as a swimsuit when it was in fact a bodysui and therefore not fit for purpose. Immediately tried to cancel order but was told I could not and now have been told not to accept delivery and wait for the parcel to be returned and wait a further 14 days for the process of a refund. Three weeks messing around for and order made a couple of hours ago. Absolutely useless service. Also, why are they listing items incorrectly on their website. I took their words for being truthful only to see after in reviews that people had notified Sport Direct if their error and the item is still incorrectly listed and I am now suffering the same consequence.Outrageous and I will never use Sports Direct again.I will not recommend anyone to do so.Feeling conned and my time has been utterly wasted.
