I purchased 2 coats on line to see which size fitted best. The cost was £79.98 + £4.99.I had to return both coats. I had to return each coat separately generating a return label on line which you have to purchase before returning costing £9.98.Today I had an email from Sports Direct saying that they have issued a refund of £59.99. This leaves a short fall of £19.99!Now I have tried various ways to contact Sports Direct to no avail, there is no way of contacting them to get them to rectify this.Has anyone else successfully been able to email or telephone customer services, I would be very grateful to know.
I purchased two Firetrap Hybrid jogging mens bottoms and when they were delivered I tired one of them and found that they are or seem to be extra long and did not fit my 27 inch legs they are more suitable to those who are over 6ft tall. I contact Sports Direct and successfully and quick reposes one of their customer support team came along through email to help me. With photos of item labels and product code could not do any more and that's because they cannot see there is a fault in the design of the Firetrap jogging bottoms leg length. so out of pocket as it will cost me to return. that's life as I had purchase a coat from them where there was a whole in the pocket a few years ago. They should be checking their products carefully before selling them to the public.
