I would rather give Zero Stars. I will neuver buy here again. I ordered expensive running shoes and I received an empty shoebox while the parcel itself was intact and unopened when I reveived it! After consulting sports direct customer Service they checked their part and instead an apology they replied that they came to the result that they didnt do something wrong and I dont get back my money. Which is also implying that I invented the story. I was shocked! I had to contact paypal to resolve the case. Something like this never happened to me before.
Fire Jacob he doesn't know the returns policy and he lies about it. Train your staff better.I am trying to return an item which is too small this is an error as I have other items from the same brand in the same size that fit perfectly. I can't exchange the item even though in store I was told I could I also lose lots of money as I don't get any of the postage back.I am very disappointed with the customer service and after being a loyal customer for a very long time I assure you that I will not be buying from sports direct again.
I ordered shoes from a company, and they shipped them with GLS. Until today, I still have not received my package, even though I have contacted them several times. They told me that they delivered it to my home, but no one has accepted this package. I still have not received my order.
I already know Sports Direct from England. I have always found them to be a brilliant store to use. Now that I live in Germany I use them online. I ordered a Manchester United Training Top, and it was here really fast. The top is in perfect condition, and I am pleased with the purchase and the speed of the delivery.
First may I add that I have tried to leave a review on Sports Direct website impossible so here we go thank you Trust Pilot I went in to Sports Direct Store in Escape Castleford on 11th August a young man called Tom served me he was so helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble for him he is a credit to the company thank you Tom
Ordered a pair of £150 running trainers for them to arrive with no tags, labels worn off inside the shoe and worn, dirty with mud all over the back, sides and sole of the shoe!Emailed customer service who were dismissive and never apologised. Asked me to send them back, which I had to pay for the return. Once I complained about this, they sent me a free returns label code, and offered £20 off the shoes if I kept them. Overall the customer service team were rude, dismissive and the offer of £20 discount is outrageous for a pair of £150 trainers which now can't even be sold (or maybe they will be to someone else?!)
