Charged more - Disgusted with customer support

Been exchanging emails with your customer support. I dont now why they are acting ignorant and keep sending me the same email. The invoice from Sportspar DE was on one amount, payment goes throught Paypal. I have EUR account which was used for payment and you charged me more. Sent me an invoice on one amount, and take 10 EUR more from my account. It is not about 10 EUR, it s about you considering me to be an idiot. I contacted your customer support several times, and you keep telling me you received the amount stated on the invoice even I've sent you the bank statement that it was deducted more. After everything you told me to contact Paypal!!!!! I dont have nothing to do with Paypal. That is your payment gateway. You are taking payments through them. If anyone should contact them it is you, Sportspar and see why they are cheating on your customers. I contacted my bank, they told me that you used Paypal to process my payment and you deducted more than the amount stated on the invoice and that I should contact you. Also one item (shirt) that came was in a bad shape after being soaked in cold water even though on the washing label states it goes in the washing machine on 30 C. Sign pealed of and it changed colour. No one still contacted me about this.

First and Last time.

i ordered a pack with 17 Items 2 weeks ago, 2 of them for an advent kalender that it is to late now for. it took them more than a week to send we a confirmation and that now they would send it, and now a week later I still haven't received it.i am pretty sure it said 2-3 days delivery, not 2-3 weeks. First and Last time I will ever order from there, the communication and delivery time is unacceptable

I have placed many orders over the past few years. the price is always very good and the service is ok. the shipping to the United States with DHL is always a Disaster. why not offer other options?
