The claim process was easy

The claim process was easy. There was difficulty printing the return label and required multiple attempts to contact someone who could provide a solution. After that the process went quickly and I received update e-mails as my claim progressed. I was very pleased with the final resolution to my claim.

When I bought the air conditioner I paid for the extra warranty so if something happened I could get it fixed or replaced. What I don’t understand is if they were not going to pay to get it fixed why did they not just send me a new one from the store. It’s not like they don’t sell them anymore. I did get the cost of what I paid for the air conditioner, they DID NOT include extra money for the price increase of the product or to cover the taxes. I actually bought 2 of these air conditioners but the warranty had already expired on it. Both are the same brand Midea air conditioner and they have lasted 2 years. That’s tell me something about the product and the warranty services. So beware you have been warned.

My experience with Allstate Protection Plans was incredible ! I'm a real customer, leaving my authentic experience. I haven't been paid for this comment. I had two products break very close together. Filing a claim was extremely easy. My first claim was approved swiftly. My new replacement showed up at my door the next morning ! Talk about service ! Wow ! My second claim was authorized immediately. I received a wonderful replacement of my choosing within several days . This was the absolute best customer service experience I've ever had. I will always buy the Protection plans for all of my future purchases. I feel respected and cared for as a consumer. I tell all my friends and family , buy the protection plans. It's absolutely worth it ! Incredible service and experience. Well done, Allstate Protection Plans. 10 out of 10 !
