I had a problem with the tv being in stock

I had a problem with the tv that I originally offered to me was out of stock. I waited 3 days after I was told my tv would be delivered. I got no communication to let me know that it was out of stock. I called the number listed in the email and was told to go to Best Buy and they would help me. I went to Best Buy and was given a number to call and I left a voice message and someone called me 2 days later. This was not a good experience.
