Needed a control board and I was sent a door switch. You can't trouble shoot an electrical issue over the phone when there is a technical deficiency of the agent and a definite language barrier. The service technician was excellent, but without the proper parts they can't fix the issue.

Directed me to local (within 30 minutes) repair shop who already had the approval. Spoke to the repair shop who ordered parts and within a couple of days, the phone was fixed. All for free.
