The items were covered and I received a refund for my full purchase price. I would strongly recommend the protection plan. It was worth every penny.
The first phone call when I reported that the item had failed. The representative had indicated to me that the item had an underlying issue, I didn’t know we were talking about medical, pretty weird, when I called back for the second time the representative understood my claim, and also issued the warranty for it.
