Allstate thru Costco traveled from Miami, 150 miles, to Big Pine Key to repair my refrigerator. It was 5 days before they arrived, but it was ok. Jose was here a little over 3 hours figuring out, testing and replacing what was needed. it turned out my refrigerator needed a new compressor which Jose had with him. I asked him how he happened to have a compressor with him and how it happened to be the correct compressor for my refrigerator. He told me from my conversations with Allstate that he brought with him various components that may be needed. Jose was very polite, considerate and did a great job. Thabnk you Jose.
Well I really can't say. I.mever received my package , due to fed ex driver delivered to wrong address. I did a dispute but because the driver says he delivered it to my address there's nothing I can do. Filling the claim and sending my ipad in to.be repaired gets 5 stars. That part wa great.
