I think it was how Allstate employees handled their end of making sure everything was handled correctly. I would definitely like to have the Allstate protection plan added to this product as well. Send paperwork as to how I can obtain the protection plan for the replacement recliner too.
A circuit board was sent to our house however the solder joints were bad. The installer did not install it. He was going to get it replaced however I was told the ticket was closed so now I have to go through the whole replacement process again.
I'm getting the run around. 1st attempt at tech repairing tv failed. So I asked for refund but alstate wanted to try again so I agreed however it has been rescheduled 3 more times with tech not showing up. This is affecting my job and I can't keep trying to get off work for this only to have a no show or canceled again. I will never buy this insurance again. At this point I want a full vaule refund as stated in my insurance.
