Your repairman was pleasant

Your repairman was a pleasant, efficient man. But the part he was sent was a bad one, and he had to return a week or so later to make the repair again. No big deal, but two visits.

The process for my claim went smooth and quick. It was easy to do the claim online. When talking to customer service ,it was very professional and the agent was friendly and explain very well and all was wonderful. I will use these Allstate again. Thanks.

Customer service from start to finish

Had a little problem at first with finding a FedEx office with a real person in it to be able to print my shipping label but after that everything was very fast the service was very quick they handled everything very professionally and I would definitely use Allstate protection plans in the future on large purchases
