My flip phone was dropped accidentally and separated the top from bottom and was no longer useable. I was insured by Allstate SquareTrade. When I called and explained my situation, they did not hesitate to be positive and proactive in asking relevant questions and being helpful to me from the get-go. They explained how to handle the situation, that a new phone would be sent to me and how I should return the broken phone to them. It was all very clear and practical in how to handle the situation. The new phone was received swiftly and all instructions were clear as to how to return the broken phone to Allstate. I was truly very impressed in how swiftly and clearly and simply their process worked. Thank you Allstate, John
What I Didn’t like was my bottom load water cooler broke instead of replacing it with the same one you tried to replace it with a top loader and it was a different color so in order for me to get the same one I had I had to add a addditional 50 I feel as though I should have got the same one replaced not give me one that was of a different model and color I don’t think that was a fair deal
