Well, the star rating thing was a "Bait-N-Switch" if I ever saw one!.Now for the beef. Simply put, the attendant eBay seller shall not take my money and then sell me a camera that was defective. It was after I got tired of the seller playing dumb, that I remembered my "Allstate Protection Plan" that I purchased! So, I launched my claim. My beef is that "APP" didn't inform me at my time of purchase that a devaluation would be pushed on me if I wanted resolution. .Again, save for your devaluation of what I purchased your insurance for in the first place, the service offered no issues..In my mind you still owe me the difference!Jim
I returned the coffee pot and never received my money back lady ask me if I wanted a check or debit card told her debit card would be fine! Will let people know the insurance is really a rip off so I’m out of 54.00 bucks plus tax!
A part was ordered for my recliner. Refused to send it to my PO Box and we moved in the meantime while the part was getting shipped. They could not tell me what shipper shipped my part so I cannot contact anyone to find out where my part is. Therefore, I am without my part still. My issue is not resolved.
