Not what it SEEMS!

I was given the run around and told to call the item's manufacturer when I file my claim. When I logged in again, my claim and plan had been deleted as if I never had the coverage. Good thing I have a copy of the purchase and order number.

The computer was not the issue it was the keyboard and mouse. To my knowledge the keyboard and mouse should have been replaced, but wasn’t. There I’m not satisfied with the service that was provided.

Allstate Protection Plan for the…

Allstate Protection Plan for the Bissell vacuum that I purchased online from Walmart was most effective. The vacuum wasn't picking up as efficiently as it did when I first started to use it, so I checked with Allstate and they had a replacement out to me in less than a week. Very impressive service.
