I bought this service again

They were quick to act when my printer failed. The cost was promptly refunded in my account. I purchased a replacement printer and also bought the insurance again!

Website barely worked - mid customer service.

Website barely worked, and I couldn't create an account for my claim through them. The actual Allstate people were really nice but the representatives from squaretrade were rude and unhelpful at most times.

Very happy with Allstate

Very happy with Allstate. We had a dishwasher that leaked. They covered repairs and when it couldn't be fixed, sent a check for a reasonable amount to have the unit replaced. Would purchase the extended warranty again.
