I encountered terrible service when my hot water heater failed after two years. I paid a fee for the protection plan but couldn't get straightforward help. It took too long to file a claim, and with a storm approaching, I needed urgent assistance. They claim to be available 24/7, but I only faced delays and had to wait a full day for a response. I ended up with no hot water in December and felt like my money was wasted.
I tried to make a claim for a broken TV, but my claim was denied. They claimed the screen was cracked based on a photo, but it wasn't. When I suggested an in-person inspection, they refused and remained firm on denying my claim. I strongly advise steering clear of this company.
This company is among the worst I've dealt with. I filed a claim for an issue that started on November 7, 2025, but they closed it quickly, stating it wasn't reported in time. After discussing it with a manager, I felt unheard and frustrated. Their professionalism is lacking, and I would not recommend them.

I feel misled by their promises of being in good hands. I will never buy a protection plan from them again.
They sent parts without knowing the actual issue, and the technician only visits once. He was unprofessional, and the claims process started off simple but became increasingly complicated. Coordinating delivery and appointments was a challenge.
I've had various warranties, but none have been fulfilled properly. I've faced multiple issues with a major appliance and have been misled and treated poorly. Purchased 2 phones for my sons with the protection plan. Phones were damaged and filed the claims, paid the fees, and are still fighting to get them fixed after 3 weeks. We receive numerous daily emails asking for the same information (receipts, pictures of phones, the boxes they came in, detailed description of how damage occurred, etc) We send all the information back every single time and get nothing but excuses (Can't locate warranty, can't verify devices, etc) So finally after 3 weeks of fighting with emails, we called customer service and was told that it is up to the Claims department if they want to approve a claim or not, and that even though we purchased a warranty for the phones, it's not guaranteed that they will honor the warranty. We are out two $200 phones until they decide to honor the warranty and fix them.
