My reimbursement was sent to me in the wrong amount! I was sent $00.40 instead of $198.40. I guess its their way of pretending to pay you for a covered expense. Now they are telling me that there is nothing they can do, tough luck? Don't pay for their service, its a rip off!
I have bought so many protection plans in the past but never had an opportunity of claiming anyone. This was the first instance where my desk stopped working and I had to raise a claim. The process was seamless and very efficient.
Wouldn't honor service warranty I purchased through Costco and Foursquare. I was instructed to request GE, manufacturer of refrigerator, to service,pay them, and submit receipts to Allstate. GE said didn't sound right. After much discussion, Allstate said they would send email confirmation and that Allstate service group would provide service in 4 days. No email or confirmation for Allstate service. It's been almost a week. Please help.
