Awesome service!!

We have a warranty with Allstate for our dishwasher. The service guy was super nice and super knowledgeable. He was able to look at the dishwasher, diagnose what the problem was and fix it. We are very impressed with him and he was the nicest person. I wish all service people were like him!

I do not know what is going on with my claim. No one has contacted me in 27 days and when I check online it says my claim is in progress. I would love to have some communication.

I'm still waiting on a response in regards to my replacement of the PS5 system and everything and the headphones as well. I haven't heard back from anyone I texted and also went on the website as well. I'm still waiting
