Do not recommend for cell phone…

Do not recommend for cell phone protection. Paid 32 months of $19.99 at which that point I needed to make a claim for a cracked back screen. Though the automated system seemed easy to use…. There is no one to talk to in person to understand things more clearly. The results were not worth what’s been paid. The system gave false information about my options saying it could be fixed if I drive over an hour away to the closest place but found then out back screens can’t be fixed on this phone and the deductible price was too pricey in my opinion compared to how much it could be fixed for. Also, Having to pay upfront and then reimbursed is just one of the many “fine print” details that are not acknowledged until you actually have go in to make a claim. And then the other option to replace the phone however I am now 33 months into the 36 month contract. SIMPLY PUT- ITS NOT WORTH IT and was not what it was made out to be (that part would be on the 3rd party sale man though). Pretty bummed but lesson learned. Never got to go through with filling the claim all the way. 😟

They do not cover DOA items

They refunded my money that I paid for the insurance, but not for the item since it was dead on arrival. I guess I should have read the contract better. Refunds on items are made, but be aware of the DOA which is one of the reasons to get the insurance on non returnable items. Originally I was told the item was under factory warranty and when I checked with the factory it out that the warranty had expired had expired in 2016. I also got disconnected because the chat timed out because the person was checking on the claim.

Pleasantly Surprised

I was afraid that the warranty would be harder to do, but it was quick and easy to submit! The process was also efficient as well since everything was finalized within a week. I thought it would take longer for the replacement to be sent out in response to my claim, but I got it within the same week it was approved. I'm honestly less afraid of the warranty process with this company, so I will be looking to purchase the same protection plan for my future purchases with this company as well.

Excellent Service

They were very helpful in trying to repair our washing machine. No issues in scheduling the appliance repair company. The repair company was not successful in repairing the machine on the first attempt and tried to schedule a second attempt but was not successful. They were very quick in coming to a satisfactory resolution. I would buy another service plan.

It's not worth your money

My reimbursement was sent to me in the wrong amount! I was sent $00.40 instead of $198.40. I guess its their way of pretending to pay you for a covered expense. Now they are telling me that there is nothing they can do, tough luck? Don't pay for their service, its a rip off!
