I was a little confused on what to return for repair. Their forms are targeted to the digital equipment and not the vacuums. Make sure you have the model name, mine wasn't on the unit, but the rest of the info needed was there. It was straight forward to return with their shipping label. They sent my vacuum back in a timely manner. If you have an auto floor vacuum, you might want to keep the box so it's easier to pack the dust bin.
