Untrustworthy, dishonest, doesn't honor terms of their contract. They acknowledged that product was not working, didn't want to see photographic evidence of defect, refused to replace or reimburse. Terrible company to deal with. Customer service rep finally acknowledged I was entitled to reimbursement, had me sign affidavit, then reneged and refused to pay. Totally dishonest.
The gentleman who I was speaking with provided me with wonderful customer service and a real solution to my problems. He was very apologetic in regards to my previous issues and provided me with a solution I was very happy with. Had I spoke to him prior I know my Xbox would’ve been functional looong time ago. Thank you for taking my previous complaint seriously and providing a REAL solution.
After 29 days of back and forth phone calls and emails oh my god second tv I received that screen is cracked! Please is there any lawyers out there that can help me. This has to be the worst company in America. Remember this is the replacement for the replacement all I want is my cash refund back at this point please is there anybody that can help me
I bought a Samsung Bespoke fridge from Home Depot. Allstate offered coverage so I bought it for almost $500. It's been 2.5 years, and the compressor is not working on the fridge. Called to make a claim, and they said to do a manual defrost, which does nothing. They then said they made a service appointment through Samsung, which was a lie. Took off work, sat at home all day for no one to show up. Called and they said I need to contact Samsung. I call Samsung and they say I need to contact Allstate. Meanwhile, it's been a week for my family of 5 to have no refrigerator. Never ever purchase any policy for any appliance from Allstate. Their policy is garbage, just like all the food that was in my fridge. Buyer beware, because they will not stand behind their policy. Would give zero stars if possible.
I wanted to get a replacement iPhone 15 Pro after mine would restart suddenly and frequently. Luckily, I had the warranty that was included with the phone I bought from eBay right? Wrong. They sent me a different phone of an entirely different color, a different size storage, far worse battery (16% worse!) and it was just generally an off-putting experience every time I had to call because nobody at the call center seemed to know where my claim was at during any given time.When I called, they told me “we try our best to give you the closest phone to what you had but that might not always be the case.” Yeesh. The guy who I made this claim with said it would be the same phone, on a recorded line! What a POS service.Update: they called me today 9/22 and provided a better resolution for my phone. I appreciate it, thanks Allstate.
I had two previous bad experiences a couple years back and that’s where my expectations had been left. This time I had brought my item to a “same day or next day repair shop named UbreakiFix in Fort Walton Beach, Florida, after calling them, stating i lived an hour away, in an attempt to try and help the process go smoother, as I needed them to extract my original music files and transfer them onto a flash drive and I had a deadline to get the item in the mail for a refund by the same time the following week. Rather than explain it all they were the worst group of (little“boy”)employees I have ever encountered in my 60+ years . Due to their screw ups and not writing anything down, they took them a week and they made me late returning the phone and they deleted all my songs. I was livid and then I still had this to look forward to returning the item to you guys and lo and behold, you guys were excellent And gave me my refund and cut me a little slack a day grace. And I really really appreciate it and I have nothing but good things to say about you now thank you.
Well they didnt do anything for me. I have purchased the protection plan for a reason. Then when I called with an issue I was told that they wont cover anything because I told the man on the phone I had no idea when the problem occurred because I dont normally sit in this chair. So a random date was put in there and then they tell me its not covered because its been too long, WHAT???? Worse company Ive ever dealt with. Talk about underhanded business practices. Never again. I will be sure to warn every single person I ever come in contact with that you are a less than ideal company and NOT to purchase anything from you
