Well they didnt do anything for me

Well they didnt do anything for me. I have purchased the protection plan for a reason. Then when I called with an issue I was told that they wont cover anything because I told the man on the phone I had no idea when the problem occurred because I dont normally sit in this chair. So a random date was put in there and then they tell me its not covered because its been too long, WHAT???? Worse company Ive ever dealt with. Talk about underhanded business practices. Never again. I will be sure to warn every single person I ever come in contact with that you are a less than ideal company and NOT to purchase anything from you

The fact that I could replace my phone ( with minor damage) and just pay $50 deductible was great. Plus they contacted the service provider immediately and new phone was received shortly. Much appreciated.

Square trade makes it too hard to find…

Square trade makes it too hard to find their contact number to file a claim. It took me quite some time and I had to contact Ebay to get the number and then I only got a fraction of the cost of the item that failed. I am not going to ever pay for it on low cost items again.
