Rocky start but great ending

Even though it took some time to get with the right person once I did the process went quickly and smoothly. I was emailed a scan code and dropped off the PS5 controller and once they received it I was sent an egift card.

Extremely disappointed Missed.

Extremely disappointed Missed And ignored. I had a terrible experience with square trade. Headset. Stop working. I First tried to return it. Walmart They told me the return window was only 30 days not 90 days I expected. That forced me to go directly to Headset and controller instead of a new replacement, not what I paid for. Eventually I had to go back to square Trade to get the headset fixed. They failed to fix it twice after the first repair didn't work. I was told that if it happened again they take new steps but when it broke again they claimed they couldn't fix it and blame me for forgetting something even though I follow. All instructions. I'm 17 and it honestly feels like they're trying to take advantage of that. This whole process has been exhausting and I still don't have a working headset. Square trade did not help me when I needed it most. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
