Submitting the claim was easy. Upload receipt and warranty pics. State the problem. Had response it was covered under warranty within an hour. Printed shipping label. Packed and shipped items. Within a few days of them receiving the shipment, I was notified I'd receive a check. Check arrived within a week of decision. Rather efficient and easy. (Always keep your receipts when you buy a warranty.)
When i could not get my phone repaired at the first 2 shops i was sent to. (huge waste of time and money)They told me to send them my phone (with security completely disabled putting me at risk) for an undetermined time period that Could take up to 3 months, when i explained that i needed my phone to do my job they said there was no other option. I was forced to purchase a new phone vs get it repaired by the warranty because of this. I'll Never purchase Any protection from all state ever again.
