The computer interface to file a claim in a nightmare! The fact that you cannot register the new phones when they are purchased and have a record of them on the Allstate site is ridiculous! Once I called and spoke with approximately 6 different representatives, I was finally able to submit my claim. I was paid in a timely manner.
Getting my warranty on a widow regulator I purchased was quick and without disappointment easy. I went to the All State web site and filled out the information they required. Their response was immediate. They gave me the option to get a gift card refund to apply to my next Amazon purchase in the amount of the regulator or I could receive a check. I choose the gift card applied to my amazon account. It was done the next day. Thank You Allstate!!!
