Agent was efficient and courteous with a reasonable result. However; ONN will NOT warrant the TV because it is a replacement and not purchased. WeirdAlso; TV was left leaning against a bush after dark and could have been stolen if not for the observation of a neighbor. No signature required contrary to your instructions.
First I was assigned a company that didn't work on TVs, Then the second one gave me a time when their man does not work in the mornings Who waited until 12:30 to call (appointment scheduled 8-12.) Said he couldn't come that day but would come next day between 12-1. He called at 12:30 asking if I still wanted him to come!!!!! He finally showed up a 1:30. Did as little as possible and said he couldn't wait while my tv went through it's thing. I have had to do that and by the way it still isn't working right.
