Excellent customer service and great internet provider

Moved over to Squirrel 4 months ago and they have been great. The switch was quick and couldn't have been easier. Their customer service is 5 star, easy to contact via the chat option on their website. My request today for a referral code was dealt with super quick by Georgia. I recommend Squirrel to all my friends and family!

Seamless broadband change to squirrel

Seamless broadband change to squirrel. Good deal for 900mb compared with previous provider and competition. Great communication before choosing and aftercare. Virtually received the modem, plugged in and all running smoothly. They also do the swap with previous supply so no loss of Internet at all. Loving the service so far.Highly recommended.Glad I chose Squirrel.

Excellent service!!

The service we have received from Squirrel so far has been excellent!! I phoned up to set up an account with them and the agent I spoke to was so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The router was sent out in the post and arrived exactly when they said it would. It was easy to set up....no more than 10 minutes in total and the signal strength and reliability is fantastic. Thank you so much Squirrel I will definitely be recommending you to everyone!

AVOID at ALL COST . Otherwise you would regret

If there was an option of zero stars i would definitely choose it. It’s such horrible company and the costumer team sooooooo rude and unprofessional unhelpful. The engineer came to my house was clueless and doesn’t know what is going on. The customer service is never heard of the guy i was talking to refused to give me his name. When i called next day and was the same guy. Clearly this company has 1 and half employees in this company. Anyway. I have made the most stupid decidtion every switching to this rubbish company

Transferred from Kcom to Squirrel

Transferred from Kcom, via MS3. Transfer was far easier than anticipated. Went for the 900mbps package, although only receiving around 350 via WiFi it is still far greater than my previous package so far beyond what I require. Great correspondence with both MS3 and Squirrel. Now saving £20+ per month.
