Initially had problems with new router.After conversations with Squirrel Support a different type of router was supplied and all problems rectified.10 out of 10 to Harrison P. at Squirrel Support for his help with this matter.
I wouldn’t even give one star. Had it installed and within a week my area went completely down all day and I work from home. No compensation offered and just told I’m in contract it is what it is.Shocking service - long delivery and isn’t accessible in then garden.Avoid
Had nothing but issues and when I said I want to cancel because of how bad thenservice is, the agent sent me a link to citizens advice basically telling me it's tough shit the cooling off period has expired and I have to deal with it. No helpful resolution and case still ongoing. I would strongly advise people considering to look elsewhere. They even breached their minimum speed of 50 % wired on their guarantee and still can't do anything but pay and continue for 23 months on a 2 year contract
I had squirrel wi fi installed on the 16trh of February the engineer who came to fit it was polite and know his job he cleaned up after a bit of drilling, I have had no problems with connections it seams to be working well all together very satisfied with the company customer service was very good as well
