FANTASTIC

FANTASTIC, great speeds. upload and download speed are close to what they quoted. My contract was cheaper than Virgin (who I had been with for over 20 years, right back when the was NTL), the speed was faster as well. And NO price hikes mid contract.I'm very pleased, had no real issues so far (probably about 11 months, now). Think I have had a couple of times with no internet, 1 was brief and the other did last for a few hours.Good Price, Great ValueI'm currently paying £29.99 P/M for the 900mbps.I was growing tired of having to go to war every year with Virgin and the constant price hikes, and somehow after 45 mins on the phone I was getting a good deal when they didn't put it up as much... but was still paying more for nothing extra. Hopefullly this will not be the case here.

Previously on a mobile service and thought going full broadband would be better….how wrong was I.So far service keeps dropping out, a huge lag in loading up sites.Tried calling customer service but in a huge wait queue. Definitely won’t go back to this team!

Where we moved we could get many HBB…

Where we moved we could get many HBB options then stumbled upon Squirrel. I work for a Mobile/HBB company and even my manager said to go for Squirrel and we’ve been happy with it. We’re on the 900mbps plan and have only had 3 overnight maintenance outages in the 18 months. Today I spoke to Paul to ask about renewals as we want to move to the 2300mbps plan. He was great and very informative. Unable to provide us a new contract at this time as I’m still in contract and wanting the online price. I will wait until it ends and decide what to do then but I really don’t want to leave squirrel

Squirrel have been a brilliant internet provider and their support team (Paul) have been very helpful setting up a static IP in moments. No hanging round waiting, just fast, helpful response.

My switch did not go as smoothly as…

My switch did not go as smoothly as planned but my dealings with Squirrel customer care were excellent, especially Georgia. The problems were addressed promptly and efficiently with good liaison with MS3. Everything was sorted and working within 24 hours. The broadband itself is great so far. I would recommend.
