For years. Could never help with slow speeds I was getting. Always said I had to test myself straight from rougher which I couldn’t do myself so couldn’t help. Awful customer service. Can’t help with anything. There is always an excuse why nothing can be done. AVOID!!!

Spoke to customer services today regarding whether I was able to move my broadband to one of their packages today. The advisor Paul was very helpful, answering all my questions regarding connections and around their services for vulnerable customers. Paul did very well, but sadly the company cannot offer me a line at the present time but is expanding their service all the time.

I'm currently looking at switching to Squirrel and i contacted them to see if their pricing including VAT as I've been surprised with added tax by a previous provider honestly its was probably an annoying question but the representative (Georgia) who helped me on the website chat service was really helpful.

New Customer Account Queries

I'm a new customer and Paul clarified my initial queries very quickly and with no fuss. They seem a much more competitive supplier than the KCOM monopoly in Hull and I'm looking forwards to better speeds at a more competitive price.
